Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Vrinda Garg. I am an Indian native who has a passion for helping others in any way possible and traveling.

I graduated with a degree in Applied Psychology in the summer of 2019. In 2019-2020, I interned in a therapy center that caters to children with special needs under a Dance Movement Therapist. I was also handling their social media and doing some administrative tasks as well. During the internship, I enrolled in Post Graduate Degree specializing in Counselling Psychology. During my post-graduation, I also interned at another mental health organization where I was a Social Media and Psychology Intern and helped them manage administrative tasks and create different modules of study. After finishing my post-graduation, I got into PG Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy and graduated in September 2023.

During the pandemic, I started my blog page and my own YouTube Channel. Since September 2023, I have been contemplating my career and I decided to start my Virtual Assistant Services and Social Media Management since I have managed social media and done some admin-related tasks in my internships and I love doing that.
Of all the internships over the years, none have brought me as much joy as working one-on-one with people as I value human connection greatly, and I don’t enjoy being a part of the corporate world. The online business culture of today in combination with my skills from running my own blog page and my YouTube Channel has motivated me to become a Social Media and a Digital Marketing Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you more & I hope we will work together soon!
